Is there any hope that Mass Effect: Pinnacle Station can be made availible for download again?

Why is Mass Effect: Pinnacle Station DLC for PC unavailable?  I ALREADY own ALL  three games and thus have NO desire to buy the trilogy pack, I just want this ONE DLC.  Every time I try to find it vi...

    So I received this mail.

    "My name is Brett and I am the specialist reviewing your case today. 
    Sorry for the time it has taken to get back with you on this, It has been a wild few weeks around here with the launch of the next gen consoles and games.

    I have confirmed that for whatever reason we no longer have this dlc available and do not have any information on when we might have it back.

    Sorry its taken this long for the information to reach you."

I don't think it's possible to reach level 60 in a single playthrough even with all the DLC installed. The last few levels take so long to achieve that many players needed a third playthrough

mystery solved, when added to origin via code, it will eventually pop up in your my games list. big shepard with a gun and says pinnacle station, not in  the normal dlc area in game details

    Can you rephrase this, I'm having trouble understanding you. I redeemed key months ago and I don't see it in my games list on origin. Maybe a couple screencaps to show the rest of what you're trying to say.
