Keepers quest ME1

Not sure if this is where to post this, but does anyone know how to fix this quest? I scanned every single keeper and even double checked to make sure I got them all. And before anyone asks "are you sure you got them all" Yes...im sure. I went to each and every single location and double checked. I have scanned every single one and somehow it still only shows 20/21. I was able to finish this on my Xbox version, but the PC one has always given me trouble. Is there a patch or anything to fix this bug or something?
