LEVIATHAN DLC LOADING SCREEN FREEZING PROBLEM....ANNOYING!!!!

Question

Does anyone know how to solve the Leviathan DLC loading screen freezing problem? When I go into the galaxy map and click on the citadel and then dr brysons lab, the loading screen comes up and the loading icon spins for a few seconds but then stops and the whole thing freezes!!!! The game becomes totally inacessible from this point and can only be shut down with a ctrl-alt-del. Have tried everything already!!!

I read on the forums its do with a recent windows 10 security visual c++ update?

PLEASE CAN SOMEONE ENLIGHTEN ME BECAUSE EA/BIOWARE AREN'T GOING TO HELP WITH THIS BUG GLITCH

Same problem, already have a post for it if you want to see what everyone else has said thus far. Seems like everyone on Win10 is out of luck as of right now, and I don't think it is possible to go back to 8.1 on the devices.
