Lost money to in store game purchase

Yesterday, I made several in store purchases on Mass Effect 3 for the Xbox. The first few were successful, but when i went to purchase a premium specter pack using my debit card i did not recieve it. I thought it hiccuped and tried a couple more times and got the same results. The money was taken out of my account and still, 24 hours later still have not recieved the packs. I tried later with a veteran pack and it went through. I am at a loss on the situation after chatting with EA and they directed me here. Any help on the subject would be most appreciated!
