Manifest is not updating

Hey, so I remember having this issue a few months back and that it was eventually resolved. However today I noticed I was only 2 slots away from getting my biotic god banner. I decided to use Smash for a match, only to go to my manifest ~30 minutes later to see that it has not recorded me using smash whatsoever. 

So uhh... the heck am I supposed to do here? This was pretty frustrating the first time I came across it, and I don't want to wait 2 weeks for a fix on this again.

I have also noticed that the game will not tell me people's full class name. Instead of saying "Human Male Adept" it will only say "Adept" under their names.
