mass effect 1 : impossible to reinstall (problem with saferun.exe)

I have mass effect 1 from many years now. unitl few mounth it worked fine. When I want to replay at mass effect last week, i cant, the game crashed on loading. (after select "play" on the start window)

I decided to re-install the game. The uninstall was OK. But when i want to re-install, the process crash at the extraction of the files "saferun.exe", and "safedrun.dll".

I tried to install in administrator mode, same issue. I have unistalled all emulation software on my computeur and any software i have installed on last months, then restarted my computer.

Still the same issue. 

I tried on an other computer, still the same issue.

I tried on the default directory, I tried with a iso copy from my original DVD game. always not working.

My cmputeur is on windows vista. My other computer is on windows 7.

What can i do now ???
