Mass Effect 2 Character Creation Texture Issue

I just installed a fresh copy of Mass Effect 2, modded it with ME3Tweaks Mod Manager and then added a few complexions. I start a new game, imported my FemShep from ME1, and when When I get to character creation page I get this weird, jumbled up, broken glass like face. I looked everywhere for help but no dice.

I would appreciate some help as I'm just about to rip my hair out... I'm literally going mad. I even checked if it was the DLC patcher dll's but that's not the issue

The mods I'm using are:

Femshep Appearance Consistency Project - ME2

Hairy Sheploo ME2

ME2Recalibrated

Modern Weapon Pack

Oriana Looks Like Miranda's Twin

Increase Mining resources

Same-Gender Romances for ME2

Unlimited Sprint In/Out Combat

I also use the following installed with ME3Explorer

El's ME2 Complexion Tweaks

Facial Hair HD

ME2 Improved Bun Textures
