Mass Effect 2 Crashing

I purchased Mass Effect 2 and all its DLC and now the game crashes after completing the Kasumi loyalty mission.  Please provide a patch or other fix by email.

    This is a moderated players help players forum, not EA Support.

    Furthermore, the game is 11 years old, so nobody is going to fix this.

    You can use this workaround or buy the Mass Effect Legendary Edition, which does not have this bug.
