Mass Effect 2 DLC doesn't work on PS3

Hi all.

I've got a PS3 Mass Effect Collection and I'm playing Mass Effect 2. It has almost all DLCs in there, but not all of them, so I've aqquired N7 Complete Arsenal Bundle and Arrival via Playstation store. I live in Russia, so I've dealt with the Russian PS store, but play in English.

The thing is - I don'tsee my new DLCs in game. Is it the case with localisation or something I missed? Maybe a glitch?

By the way, if I go to Extras section in the game menu and chose DLC there - the list is empty.

Help me out here please.
