Mass Effect 2 DLC missing in Origin. Also: Installation problems?

So recently all the DLC showed up in Origin as well instead of being on the Bioware site only. Problem is though: The "Kasumi - Stolen Memory" and the "Lair Of The Shadow Broker" DLC are listed as "...

Had same Problem. with my very old Account

I have onother origin Account ... the support switched my game to this and it works fine.

So it is an Account specific Problem.

maybe your problem is the same

    Thanks for the info. But I expect support to fix this on my current account as I have quite a lot of games there, a good friendslist and a lot of multiplayer unlocks that won't transfer to a new account. So I really hope some support guy will look into this and unlock the DLCs I already bought.
