You will need to contact an EA Game Advisor.
To do so:
Go to https://help.ea.com/
Log in with your Origin account.
Click on "Contact us"
On the next page select the game you wish help with and click on Go.
Chose the appropriate options in the drop down menu for "Product", "Category", and "Platform".
Select the available Contact method of your choice.
So its been a month and still no luck (spoke to an advisor who have blantanly lied and said they would look into it). I have looked on origin store at the item and when adding it to basket, there is still no download link. Is the game hidden away somewhere or have i just been robbed?!
Contact them again. I've found that just because one Customer Support person doesn't seem to be able to help, doesn't mean another one can't. With the EA ones, I may not get the issue solved the first time, but (with one very minor exception) I've always gotten it resolved to my satisfaction in the end.
