Mass effect 2007 download error EA App
Everytime I try to download Mass Effect 2007 via EA App, error pops up that I've attached. Under manage I have Pinnacle station only. I've tried these steps https://help.ea.com/in/help/ea/ea-app/g...

EA Staff (Retired)HI @Zero1701d Do you have any secuirty software, firewall, or VPN running? If not can you try to start a download for a different game and check if this continues?
I don't use VPN, the only firewall that I have is the standard Win 10.
I have 49 games in my library and they are all downloadable just fine.
Mass effect 2007 is the only game that does this.
I am experiencing the exact same error and have tried all the same "fixes" which do not work.
Yup,
I have been going back and forth with customer service, but to no avail.
Everytime a different operator answers to my e-mail, and we start from scratch.
I am getting depressed.
One guy answered that they will forward my problem to a specialised team, and soon after another answered that I should follow some troubleshooting guide and forwarded me an XBOX guide where I am using windows PC.
I don't know what to do anymore.
