Mass effect 2007 download error EA App

Everytime I try to download Mass Effect 2007 via EA App, error pops up that I've attached. Under manage I have Pinnacle station only. I've tried these steps https://help.ea.com/in/help/ea/ea-app/g...

The source is the disc version.

I still have the box.

Available languages are: English, French, German, Italian, Spanish
