Mass Effect 3 Appearance Pack installed but not showing up in game

I just recently purchased the Mass Effect 3 DLC Apperance Pack and it automanticaly installed but when I launched the game. it said "Unable to authorize the DLC. Please log in to the Alliance Network...

    never mind I got it to work once I click repair install
