Mass Effect 3 Citadel Archives: Escape crash to desktop

I have been playing all the mass effect games since I bought them last week. I am currently playing the Citadel dlc pack for ME3, and I have encountered an impass. Once I reach a certain point in the Citadel Archives: Escape, my game crashes to desktop. It sort of jumps 2 frames, then black screen and error message. I will link the error information here in the hopes that someone will understand what this is and how to fix it.
