Why aren't the Mass Effect 3 multiplayer DLCs (like retaliatory) downloading for me?

Edit: sorry saw an unedited version of this post. Still you could provide more data - what platform you use, which version of the game you own (standard, DVD).
I only have the standard version ea.
The in-game DLC store is also not working.
@vpsvpsvps1 When it comes to in-game DLC store (the one on welcome screen where you also create new game etc.) the EA App overlay tells me that there is technical break check back later. I assume that you tried individually click and download DLC, repair the game etc. Maybe it is really due to a technical break on EA side - as a ordinary player I have no idea, sorry for waisting your time. Hope that you'll find someone more competent.
There are no Single Player DLCs in your list, don't the appear at all?
