In the Nvidia control panel, go to 'manage 3D settings' and make sure this game is running off the Nvidia GPU instead of integrated graphics.

    Which parameter do I have to change because I 've got no idea?

    I have made several attempts modifying some of them but the problem still persists.

    Could you be more precise?

    (If by any case you've got the translation of the parameter in french, i would be more than glad =))

      Go to the "paramètres globaux" tab. It should look like the screenshot below, but Mass Effect 3 instead of 3D OpenGL Stereo. (I found it online, don't have an Nvidia GPU myself.)
