Go to the "paramètres globaux" tab. It should look like the screenshot below, but Mass Effect 3 instead of 3D OpenGL Stereo. (I found it online, don't have an Nvidia GPU myself.)

    I'm guessing you already tried tweaking the settings with the configuration utility?

      Yes I Did. It didn't change anything at all ... ☹️

        You've tried everything there? Windowed mode, turning off Dynamic Shadows and/or Anisotropic Filtering, lower resolution etc?
