Mass Effect 3 multiplayer challenge progress rest

I was working away on finishing up a challenge set, and was around 96%.  After completing a match, I checked my stats and found the sub-challenge progress had all been reset to zero! Argh!

I've seen a few reports of this elsewhere, but no official response.  Any ideas?

    Did you finish it?

When you hit 100% in the Gold masteries, it gives you the points, unlocks the title, and then clears your progress so you can complete it again.

If you want to set the title, go here if you are "offline" http://social.bioware.com/n7hq/challenge/

or in Multiplayer, select the Challenges menu option, highlight Tech Mastery and press the "Set Title" button.

If you can set the title, then you have completed it at least once.

Some Challenges allow partial progression.  There may be 16 Silver challenges to complete, but you only need to finish 13 of them to unlock the gold, and reset your completed Challenges.  This can also confuse some people.

Not all Challenges have partial progression like that, so check each one individually.

Nope, didn't finish it; the last remaining sub-challenge was for one I don't have (haven't unlocked a character with it yet).

EDIT:  My mistake; it shows as completed, but I definitely do not have that last power yet, so I'm not sure how that happened?  Oh well.  Thanks for the reply!
