Mass Effect 3 Multiplayer Online Pass Required Error

I have had a case open for 9 days and they have yet to send me 1 not automated email, and marked my case as "fixed" despite not being. The support has been worthless to me.

Sorry to hear you've been waiting so long to get this fixed up.

As you've mentioned, this is typically due to an entitlement issue that our support will need to update on the account.

If you check your case history page here, are your cases still open or in progress?

As you mentioned it's been a month, please try creating a new case here instead to get another advisor to take a look, as it certainly shouldn't take that long to hear back on an active case.

The case says in progress currently. I'll try making another case. I really hope it's a quick response since this is crazy waiting this long lol

Your best bet is to get into a Live support session.

Chat, phone or Twitter/Facebook. I outlined the steps in my last post.

Adding some info on this one. With the online access error, this is not something that players can fix on their end. Live Support has to make changes to the account having the issue before you will be able to connect to the game or MP if that is what you are trying to access.

The best thing to do as mentioned is to speak with chat as they can get that done quickly. We have updated live support and let them know what changes they need to make for players in order to get that resolved.
