Unfortunately I am having this issue on Mass Effect 3 when I down loaded it on my laptop. I can't play muttiplayer and it is requiring an online pass. I paid for the game I want the access.

Community AdminWe tried it on 3 different computers where Mass Effect 3 was never installed before and we were able to join multiplayer games on all 3 of them. It should work.
Do you get a message that you need the Online Pass? If yes, can you make a screenshot and post it here?

This isn't a registration issue. This is a known bug. Unlike the console versions, the PC version never even had an online pass, yet people kept getting the error. This has been going on since launch.
I fixed it myself by using the live chat support feature. The EA rep solved it within minutes.
