So yesterday I had problems with corrupt files in my mass effect 3 Multiplayer and got it settled by uninstaling every thing to do with multiplayer. I reinstalled but apparently my online pass is missing... Help? It's not downloaded anymore somehow..

So, I bought the Collector's edition of the game, but for some reason, I can't access the DLC's that came with it (the hooded sweater outfit is no longer available to me, for example) and there is no place to retrieve the missing content. What are we to do, those of us who purchased the Collector's Edition and no longer have access to that specific DLC content? ((This is relevant, btw, because for other people this content was only available via the Online Pass which automatically came with the Collector's Edition))
