Mass effect 3 redeem code

Back in the day I installed the game.Since then I deleted it to make room for other games.Recently I wanted to play again 

but when I entered the redeem code I get a massage that the redeem code has been used already and it cannot be installed without one.

What do I do?

    Just install Origin and log in with the credentials you used when you first installed ME3. It should show up unter "My Games" - if not you may have to set Origin to "Show all games" or "show hidden games". If you don't want to download it through Origin, just follow this sticky
