@Americanbud05 Do you have multiple drives on your PC? If you do, do you have all the downloads (launchers and games) installed on the same drive?

So ok I did EVERYTHING now I 100% factoryreset my whole [removed] pc and its STILL not starting.
Im starting to question whos fault this is

- 2 years ago@EA_Shepard so i now really really tried anything in my power to get this game running i tried buying EA Play to play the game without redeem code (Still wants a redeem code) i downloaded the game on EA itself instead of steam still doesnt work reset my whole pc still doesnt work did every step you wrote before after resetting my pc and it still doesnt work

@Americanbud05 What do you mean by you reset the PC? What action did you take for that?
That error means that files on your PC are causing the game login not to update properly. These could be in any EA/Bioware/Documents folder or your registry. Typically, the steps sent earlier resolve it; however, if they don't, there are other files on there that need to be deleted.
Every time you launch the game after installation, it wants to create that file. There is a conflicting file on your PC. That is no one fault. That is how the game worked when it was released. Theres a long list of games that create that license file.
- 2 years ago@EA_Shepard Well thing is i just deleted everything off all my drives and reinstalled windows theres nothing on my pc left of any prior installations or anything. But it still doesnt start and want me to redeem a code
