Hello guys and girls, I solved my problem but it doesn't seem like everyone has, It's great anyways that everyone is replying
I solved it by clearing space on my C drive and disabling my 2nd monitor, I hope this helps some people

I got the directx problem too. 5-10 seconds after cutscenes or loadscreens it crashes immediately when ever I try a graphic setting higher than lowest.
Had the same issue with The Witcher 3 about 2 years ago after I updated from win 8 to win 10. Some weeks later it worked again without me trying to fix it. (Or I gave up)
My System:
I7 4 core
8 or 16GB Ram
gtx 780 Ti
SSD HD
Only Intel standard overclock. I am not able to do such settings so its standard.
What I tried so far:
Install directx from game folder.
Instal vc++ from game folder
Install newest Nvidia driver
Trying different graphic settings. Only low works. Its terrible lol.
Updating Main Board Drivers and stuff didn't work for The Witcher 3 in 2015 so I think I don't even try this here.
All other Games work with no Problems so I think it must be a Mass Effect Problem...
It is so frustrating that my Favorit Games seem to have those issues while cheaper Games just work.
I mean I don't even have some special Hardware. I think I really have very common Gamer Stuff with standard Settings and Drivers.

Same problem here, and EA has been royally unhelpful in solving this glaring issue which is clearly only affecting ME-A. I feel a refund coming, even though I am a die hard fan : not going to give money for a game I can't even play more than an hour without crashing.
