Mass Effect Legendary Edition ME3 crashes on start.

    @aceofspades0516 

    • Turn the Cloud-save function in Origin off.
    • Make sure that Origin is completely closed.
    • Go to your "C:\Users\>your user name<\Documents\BioWare\Mass Effect 3" = "Documents\BioWare\Mass Effect 3" folder and move the "Save" and the "BIOGame" folders to your desktop. > Test.

Please create a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply. You can do that with the "Choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window. 

Can you make a brief list of what you already tried?

I have tried uninstalling reainstalling, updating EVERYTHING on my computer, had Steam and Origin offline. deleted the latest saves (from the day there was issues)

Tried it on my boyfriend's computer (my account) didn't work, his account worked. I've clicked the start button instead of the resume, and nothing works...

I go to launch 3 and it goes to the screen of Earth, plays a bit of the sound, and then closes back to the launcher

    @Mooncris 

    Sorry for the late replay.

    There are several USB 3.0 driver bug check error codes in your DxDiag.

    Try to disconnect any USB 3.0 device you have from your machine, restart the computer and test.
