Mass Effect Trilogy PS3 dlc is not showing in downloadable content.

In the game menu of either MA2 and MA3. I called Dutch customer support yesterday, which was the single most horrible experience ever. They never heard of this problem, PSN was the blame and i should call Sony. And when i complained about it i was laughed at. Please EA, fix this properly!
