mass effect

Playing Mass Effect when I get to a certain point in the game all of my characters and the enemies

 tune black.  How can I fix this

    This is a common issue. The game is incompatible with modern AMD CPUs. The AMD FX series and everything that comes after causes characters to turn into black blocks at Peak 15 on Noveria and on the planet Ilos.

    Would you mind answering to some of my questions, so I could get a better understanding of the issue here? 🤔

    • On which platform do you play?
    • Are we talking about the first Mass Effect game?
    • When exactly in the game the characters turn black? Do you remember a name of the mission? Is it always happening at the same point?
