    This is the player-help-player forum and none of us have  the ability to issue new codes/keys or refunds. You'll need to get in contact with a Game Advisor direcly:

    1) Enter a short description of your problem in the textbox and click "Find Solutions"
    2) From the drop down boxes that will appear:
        a. Enter the game your problem is related to.
        b. Enter the type of issue you are having:
            - Account Management
            - Account Security
            - Billing/Purchasing
            - Codes: Online Pass/DLC/Promo
            - Connectivity/Performance Issues
            - Download/ Installation Issues
            - Game Play/In Game
            - General Questions
            - General Technical Support
            - Report Cheating/Harassment
            - Warranty
         c. Select Platform
    3) Click "Find Solutions"
    4) The most common issues fitting your description will appear; to continue simply click "I Still Need Help".

    The next screen will present the contact methods currently available.
