ME2 (PC, EA Origin) Locked DLC w/ Cerberus Network?!

I just decided to get back into Mass Effect. Previously, I owned all the DLC for ME2; however, we I try to log on to the "Cerberus Network" to validate some of my DLC, it will tell me after waiting for a few moments on a blank screen that the network is unavailable. Does anyone know how to fix this, because I'm pretty pissed I paid money for something locked behind a faulty login process.

    Hey @LtScarecrow87 

    Can you please repair the game from the EA app (go to Library > Tile Dots > Repair)? If that won't change anything, send us a screenshot of the error message that you receive.
