Go to the Mass Effect and DA game folders and see if "Run as administrator" is set in the corresponding game executables.(Right click the Exe > properties > compatibility)
Also check the shortcut properties on the desktop if you have one.)
If yes, disable it and test.

Check the "MassEffectLauncher.exe" for the administrator privileges as well.
