ME:A "Building Shaders" x10. They just keep building and building and building..

@Broaln I had this same problem in 2021, on i9-10900k CPU + 3080 GPU + 980 pro SSD. The problem is not that it builds them, but it builds them very slowly.

When the problem reproduces, my CPU is under 30% load during loading screen. When the load time is short, my CPU spikes at 100% for a few seconds. Problem occured when Origin updated. Problem got solved when I repaired+restarted the game.
