I tried multiplayer early on before the nerfs and honestly I was disappointed at how quickly you could get killed in one hit without knowing what hit you. It's like CoD all over again getting sniped by campers 5 seconds after spawning over and over.
The nerf to me was a necessary evil:
-it balanced out powers vs bullets
-You now have to aim and shoot more than once to kill someone, which means you have to have some actual SKILL.
-The battles go longer, more bullets fired, more action.
Realistically the less powerful the attacks are, the more game you get to play. If you enjoy camping then too bad, learn to play! No longer will a team win with one awesome sniper and a bunch of newbs; now teams are better balanced requiring skilled players.
If there's a real negative to this change I'd be interested in hearing and discussing it, but logically this change simply extended the length of each battle.
