Are your drivers up to date ?
If yes, so maybe some of your game files are corrupted.
I think the only solution is to reinstall all (Origin + Mass effect).
As I say every time i'm not sure of what I propose, contact first the EA support

But I don't think they will propose you more than what I did.
Did both last night. When it started, I had outdated drivers then updated them and still occurs.
I did do a Repair Installation. I'm not sure if theres a difference between that and doing a complete overhaul.

Sometime a repair is enough, but if it's still not working maybe Origin is the cause of this crash.
Maybe you can reinstall Origin without delete your game, but I think the installation will be more proper and clean if you reinstall it all, game and all DLC...

Reinstalled everything from scratch. And turned off some audio features.
Nada. Zip. No solution. And EA still hasn't gotten back to me.
