Definitely not a hacked server, because the mutliplayer is peer-to-peer. The effect of this is that the host of the game can cheat by altering his config files. Maybe your config file has been affected by playing with cheaters, in which case you might want to repair the installation, assuming you're on PC.
So by playing with someone that has a modified config file won't get me banned or anything will it? Perhaps I should set my Coalesced.bin file to read only so that way people can't mod my files.
