Hmm.
Not during this game I think, but down the line. There is no Systems Alliance around to give that designation anyway. And the Nexus council hasn't been officially founded yet. But when it is, maybe then have something similar. Perhaps specter-variant(s) for the Nexus council.
Game mechanics wise, could be interesting indeed, but wouldn't really fit the timeline of this game very well. Training takes time...

Why not go beyond and name it N8? Kidnap children, train them, give them augmenta - wrong game.
But I wouldn't mind a N7 training, the question is who is going to supervise it and who makes the decision that you truly surpassed even N1 training? I thought Alec Ryder was the only N7 in Andromeda, but unfortunately he's no more.

The former spectres could do some kind of specialized training.
There may also be another human n7 or former N7 in the colonists who could.
Biotics could even get Asari commando training, seems to be a few of them around.

As far as I'm aware there is only 1 former Spectre who joined the Initiative.
SpoilerAnd there's a 50/50 chance of Avitus Rix becoming a drunken merc on Kadara, if you don't choose the dialogue option to make him the Turians Pathfinder.
