N7 HQ not updating Solo Mastery

By completing a platinum solo match I finished Solo Mastery fully (bronze, silver, gold, plat) and also completed Mass Effect Mastery. These achievements popped up in game, however HQ is not updating this info, so I can't get the banners. I contacted support through EA chat and was given a case number and phone to call. I called and was told an email would be sent with the website to use to contact support and get my solution: https://help.ea.com/article/bioware-social-network-account-requirements

That was the website given, which is simply useless, especially after I asked if that website would be clear on what I had to do. So I'm posting here hoping for a representative to update HQ for me. I hope to not follow another pointless trail; waiting on the phone 15 mins and 1 hour for online chat is not interesting to me.

HQ updates other challenges that I complete (or at least one other I tested)

I verified my account is linked

Used different browsers and sent the website to friend to check it

Signed out of origin everywhere and tried again

Tried checking for ME3 updates through origin (game is up to date)

I own all the free DLC except for the extended cut
