The only thing in there that actually does something is labelled
MassEffect2 & ME2 Game
the rest are just scripts that I cant edit and when I click on both of them no launcher comes up or configuration and it just loads up the game so problem?
I also searched up the folder that says pc (it holds everything) and I searched it up on the search bar and no findings were found

If you want to import a ME1 character to ME2, go to your ME2 "Save" folder (under "Documents\BioWare\Mass Effect 2" and create a folder with the name "ME1". (without the quotes) inside the ME2 "Save" folder
Then copy (not relocate) your ME1 save games into that folder. > Now ME2 should "see" your ME1 character.

Ok do you think you could explain this in more detail, because my binaries is empty, I haven’t started a game on me2 yet, and I don’t see a save file folder or whatever under me2? I am so confused

First, if you not tag someone with "@" @Channy814 for example, no one knows to whom you referring too.
You mean your ">drive<:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Mass Effect 2\Binaries" folder is completely empty?
You need to start ME2 for one time first.
Then you will see a "Save" folder under "Documents/Bioware/Mass Effect 2" (Full phat: "C:\Users\>your user name<\Documents\Bioware\Mass Effect 2"
