online connection to Mass Effect 3 on PS3

I have just changed internet providers and I have updated everything on my PS3. All is fine with PS store, I sign in OK but when i go to play ME3 online I am signed out of the PS store. It then tells me I cannot play ME3 online unless I am signed into the PS store, but will not accept I am signed in, go figure? I thought it might be the online pass not accepting the new internet. I tried to buy a new online pass but the PS store says I have purchased one so it will not sell me a new one. My ME3 ID is pobodynerfect and do not want start again and I also want to retain my status in the game. Any ideas?
