Origin DLC loop Windows 8.1

Hey folks,

Running a new system under windows 8.1 and I'm trying to download the Mass Effect 3 DLC through Origin and the downloads for Omega, EC & Citadel just don't install. The download process for all of them reach 100% and then just start again over & over.

I've tried deleting Origin cache, and then uninstalling it plus all Origin & ME3 folders, no sucess. I also can't seem to find sperate download sites for this DLC.

Any one any ideas on how to solve?
