Origin game wont launch
OK I just bought the mass effect trilogy and I just finished downloading the first one and when I click to play it it says launching and syncing to cloud storage then that screen disappears ... Now I don't know my computer specs but I know its a recent model so it should be able to run this game ... Now I tried calling the EA support number but that doesnt work anymore and they said to ask my question on here and a support agent or w.e wil call and help me ... if any of you know how to make this game work please help me ASAP.. i looked online and did all the things that they say will fix it and it still wont launch .
