Origin In-Game Overlay not working in Mass Effect for ANYONE!

Question

How come this has been broken for weeks now and Origin/EA isn't fixing it? Can't open overlay....nobody can. Can't use the open slot to bring up Overlay, gives a message that it's not enabled despite the fact that it is......for EVERYONE.

Guys there are A LOT of us still playing Mass Effect 3 Multiplayer, please fix this.

The Origin in-game overlay is not required to play ME3 MP with friends. You can send invites and join games by alt-tabbing.
