[PC] Can't connect to Mass Effect 2 Servers to verify DLC

The Cerburus network should be just working, you don't need a key for it anymore.

Your other DLCs are not verified as well?

Which DLCs are that?

Every DLC i have

- Kasumi

- LoTSB

- Cerberus Arc

- Zaeed

- Cerberus Weapons and Armour

Do you use Mods?

Just to make sure, in game, on the "Laptop" you can log in without problems?

No mods, and in game i can login to EA online via the laptop however when i put in the Network Access code for Cerberus it then gives me a failure to connect to servers error. Happened over multiple days, can't imagine those servers have been down for that many consecutive days

As said, this codes is outdated, you don't need it anymore on PC.

And the servers are up.

Are you on a private or a public (university) network?
Does your EA Account email address or username contain special characters?

Restart your router in this way:
Pull the power plug > wait 5 minutes > return the power plug
If that not helps, shut down your Windows firewall and disable the real-time scanner of your antivirus software.. (just for testing purpose, don't forget to activate the firewall and the antivirus software later on.)
Should it work after you disabled the firewall, here is a description how to allow a program to communicate through the firewall.

Tried all those steps and no luck, it's allowed on the firewall completely both on private and public networks, i am using my own internet in a flat not university or school etc. Also no my EA account is just a googlemail account

 

Edit: I saw that EA is now proving all the DLC free of charge, could i just download those and re-install them that way?

They are not free of charge, just free to download for people that own them on a disc installation. 

So they won't verify either in your case. 

 

You are sure you're logged in with the same account you bought the DLCs with?

It was a while ago that i bought them but i'm fairly certain it's the same account

It is, but the process is not without risk and down sides.
