I'm also getting the "Missing Online Access" error. I also tried all the steps with the EA app cache. The only thing the app won't let me do is repair because it doesn't give me the option to for some odd reason. I even deleted all the files in the license folder and the temp folder and still can't connect.

@Slyy_Token I'm not seeing Andromeda on here. I see Mass Effect 3 but I see no EA Play subscription, nor do I see anything wrong with the game.
I am also not seeing that this account owner Mass Effect Andromeda nor has ever tried to access it.
At this point, you would need to reach back out to support and have them locate which game the account is linked to. From a CM standpoint, there are no troubleshooting steps that will resolve this one for you.
Maybe you're not seeing it is because I bought it through Steam possibly?

Hi @Slyy_Token, To confirm do you have the EA account linked to your Steam account you purchased it on? having the same issue

@revansxwrath Can you attach a screenshot of the error itself?
Which platform are you on?
When and where was the game purchased?
Did you previously have or do now have EA Play on that platform? Same problem. I used to play this game on EA play subscription a while back, but now I have the Steam version of the game and I can't play online.

@arzardk Can you go ahead and repair the game with the following steps depending on which platform you are using?
- Steam - Verify in your library
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
Then log back into the game and let me know if it works for you!
