Pre order mass effect andromeda didn't come with Dlc code

A family member recently pre ordered MEA for me as a gift which I recently opened to find the code for the bonus content had not been included. Is there any way to get one/purchase one separately or ...

    Then you'll have to wait until the 20th and the deluxe upgrade comes out, which will probably be $9.99

You can still buy it from the well known grey market sites. For like a buck and some change. (pc only)

It comes with the deluxe edition upgrade which should be available on the 20th as well.
