Same here, Grunt figure. Did you get an answer? I have only 2 more days before it expires ☹️
- Sadly to say No. I sent a query to bioware but they said they could help me in 1 to 2 weeks @@ How long does the code last?

Are you redeeming it here:
https://social.bioware.com/redeem_code.php
?
WARNING!
Redeeming a code will use it permanently; make sure you are logged in to this site with the same email address that you are using for your in-game account!PS3 Users:
- Create a PlayStation® Network account (or log in using an existing PlayStation® Network account).
- From the PlayStation® Network icon on the XMB, select Account Management.
- Select the "Redeem Codes" option.
- Enter the code above and follow instructions to download.

That cannot be done, PSN redeem codes are 12 digits each. The redeem code from the product is 16.
I've registered in the web site as the instructions said, and it now appears in my registered products and just like the other user says, it gave me a message that I should check my game wallet but nothing has changed there or in the store.
The code lasts until December 31, 2012 ☹️

I don't know about the wallet, but once a code is redeemed to your account you can go here: https://social.bioware.com/user_entitlements.php
and I have a few things in there for the PS3, I can click on the More Info button which tells me more specifics on what to do to get that specific offer.

Only the DLC gives me that option, the figure doesn't
It looks like your figure got registered correctly according to the BSN entitlements. Have you looked in the Multiplayer shop? It's not something you get for the Single Player campaign, it's a reinforcement pack for Multiplayer.

Yep, that's what I expected, a free pack like the ones you get from the weekend bounties. But there's nothing there ☹️
Its annoying because it was the "plus" that made me buy the figure in the first place, I saw the figure in the shop and was uncertain until I saw the DLC advertasing and thought "sold!".
Normally it should look like described here
I'm not sure if the EA advisors can grant you such a pack manually, but you could always try EA help. But your not missing all that much as you can see in the thread, in essence a spectre pack.
Actually I found it depends on the merchandise item. Here's what I got (been recording them each time):
- Dark Horse Antique Silver Normandy SR2 Ship Replica = N7 Cerberus Harrier +1, Multicapacitor +1 and usual medipacks, missiles, etc in +5 amounts.
- Dark Horse Cerberus Normandy SR2 Ship Replica = Phaeston +1, Beserker Package +1 and usual medipacks, missiles, etc in +3 amounts.
- Dark Horse Alliance Normandy SR2 Ship Replica = M-9 Tempest +1, Expert Package +1 and usual medipacks, missiles, etc in +3 amounts.
- Kotobikuya Liara T'soni 10" Bishoujo Statue = M-5 Phalanx +1, Mental Focuser +1, Warp Rounds III and usual medipacks, missiles, etc in +4 amounts.
- Bigfish Mordin Action Figure = Same as a Spectre pack.
- Bigfish Legion Action Figure = Same as a Spectre pack.
- Bigfish Thane Action Figure = Same as a Spectre pack.
- Bigfish Shepard Action Figure = Same as a Spectre pack.
- Bigfish Miranda Action Figure = Same as a Spectre pack.
- Bigfish Grunt Action Figure = Same as a Spectre pack.
- Bigfish Garrus Action Figure = Same as a Spectre pack.
- Bigfish Tali Action Figure = Same as a Spectre pack.
- Triforce M-8 Avenger Assault Rifle Replica = M-8 Avenger immediately upgraded to Level 10, Assault Loadout +1, Medi-Gel Capacity +1 and usual medipacks, missiles, etc in +8 amounts.
I would have been really ticked if the Triforce M-8 Avenger hadn't of fully upgraded my in-game one, but the extras for that were a pleasing shock.
