Problem with Redeem a Code and Download

Sorry I had a typo... they were standard 16-digit codes in the XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX format. 

Hi,  I recently purchased the Dark Horse Antique Silver Normandy SR-1 Ship Replica, Normandy SR-1 Ship Replica and the Sovereign Reaper Ship Replica. All 3 products came with a standard 16-digit code.  Following the directions (as I have with other collectables) I redeemed the codes on the social.bioware.com/redeem page.  Everything looked okay, they all show up in my registered game content page -- but I'm confused as nothing else happened.  Normally a commendation pack appears in multiplayer for each item that is registered.

I thought maybe I needed to wait for an update, but it's been about a week and nothing has changed.  

Am I missing something here?
