Problems with N7 HQ

On the N7HQ website it says my account is constantly out of sync no matter how many times I refresh it. I also can't find any multiplayer games, it just says "communicating" up the top left and sits in a finding game que, and I also can't join friends games and they can't join mine.

I've been having these issues for 4 days now, I've talked to EA support and the guy couldn't help me so he put me in a que with EA's "experts" which will take god knows how long, if it happens at all. I've done all the portforwarding and troubleshooting stuff and I can connect to EA servers in game, I just can't find a game.

Anyone know how to fix this issue seeing as EA isn't going to.
