PURCHASING AND CONNECTION ISSUES !
I believe EA has a history of the store purchasing issues and never been completely solved.
Few months ago I have sent email to EA support and had few livecharts with Game Adviser regarding pack purchasing problem in Beijing (some purchased packs were not delivered to me). Somehow since sending the email, the pack purchasing has become running smoothly even though EA never refund or return those missing packs to me. I guess that EA rather like me not to mention it again. The problem is that now this issue comes back again! And comes back with another issue.
I have been playing ME3 MP in Beijing for 10 months. the connection has been generally OK until October this year. Since beginning of October I have started experiencing connection difficulties. I had to try quite few times for establishing a solid connection with EA servers and play few rounds. And then, the situation was getting worse and worse. Since last Friday the connection has become completely impossible no matter whatever I have done.
As the fact that my internet connection is always good with others including PSN, I have no problem to make purchase and manage my account with PSN and the connectivity issue is only with EA servers. I think the explanation that 'repeated connectivity problems you are experiencing may be unique to your environment.' could not convince me.
Is it a sign of EA trying to scale down the ME3 MP resources and support for newer games? I don't know. I am really tired of this. Maybe it's time I sould let ME3 go. If some of you want to talk to them, here are the email addresses that I know. It's highly possible that you email would be read but never get a response.
