I think I must be an idiot because I get to the Telephone and Live Chat options but don't see the Email one. Going to relook. >__<

Not an idiot. Which options you get depends on the time of day (is it business hours?) and your country/region. Some have all three, some have only one or two. I've noticed that the North American support site has stopped showing the "Email" option, (at least when I've checked) but I hear others (eastern Europe, Australia) see it.
